The project developer capricorn DEVELOPMENT plans and constructs state-of-the-art office buildings in co-operation with international architecture firms. In these processes innovative methods are developed and used, which make every project a role model when it comes to energy efficiency and building management.
Capricorn could win Pritzker Architecture Prize laureate Renzo Piano to develop the Casa Stupenda, a new plus energy building they are developing in the media harbor in Düsseldorf.
We teamed up with Marc Comes from chbp to develop a movie teaser for this project.
