capricorn Development GmbH is responsible for the design and construction of a low-energy building in the south of Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen (Media Harbour) with a total of 26,000 square meters gross floor area.
The modular façade system integrates the entire building services; the optimal mixture of light, air and temperature creates a very healthy atmosphere and allows the building to breathe.

We are developing a brochure to inform potential tenants on the overall concept, and are responsible for the production of real photographs that are embedded in computer- generated interior and exterior views of the future building.
The arrangement of the images results from a tracking shot that starts with a zoom in on the surface of our model, followed by detailed views of the different interiors, and ends with an overall view of the building.
The brochure’s exclusive design is enhanced by partial varnishing. Subsequent reports on the construction progress and accomplished works will be added in the brochure cover.
