A brochure for an unusual project developer and its unparalleled buildings.

Innovation is the creed of Düsseldorf-based project developer capricorn Development. We have been supporting capricorn Development that stemmed from the car manufacturing business right from their very first project built in Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen: the ‘capricorn house’ – finished in 2005 and since then rented to ‘E.ON AG’ – impressed with innovative facade cladding technology that inspired us to use designs akin to the human skin for the rental brochure.

We are currently working on new and exciting projects developed by capricorn Development, and once again have the chance to communicate eminent architectural and structural achievements.

Our focus was on presenting the new buildings in a brochure whilst pointing out their distinctive features.

Over the next few years, two further ambitious office and business buildings in the southern part of Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen will be built: the ‘Manufaktur’, a well-balanced combination of industrial production, office spaces and parking; and the ‘Casa Stupenda’ by star architect Renzo Piano, that reminds of a drifting iceberg and with an unusual concept developed for the use of the ground floor.
